Folks began standing in line at 1 a.m. for a chance to meet Sarah Palin as she kicks off her second national book tour in Phoenix today. Gov. Palin will be signing copies of her new book American by Heart: Reflections on Family, Faith and Flag:

The potential 2012 candidate for president is scheduled to appear at the Barnes and Noble at Desert Marketplace at 6 p.m. Tuesday.
