Gov. Palin remembers Israel's Independence Day

Silence my enemies... for I am your servant.
Sarah Palin remembered Israel's 63rd Independence Day Saturday via Twitter, calling for peace and prosperity in Jerusalem:
"May 14, 1948 Jewish independence in their homeland called Israel! May Jerusalem be peaceful & prosperous; may our ally's enemies be silent"
In a reference to Psalm 143:12, she also called for Israel's enemies to "be silent." That verse of the Psalm, a warrior's prayer, is translated in the NIV version of The Bible as:
"In your unfailing love, silence my enemies; destroy all my foes, for I am your servant."
