Whoopi: Sarah Palin 'much smarter than she let on'

What is it about Sarah Palin that irritates the Left so? Whoopi Goldberg tell's CNN's Campbell Brown...

What a coincidence, Whoopi. Over here on the right, Obama supporters irk us because they pretend to be smart.

Update: Analysis of Whoopi's remarks on the O'Reilly Factor:

  1. Under her analysis the Democrats should have nominated Hillary Clinton as opposed to the neophyte from Hawai'i???

Her anti-Palin logic is totally convaluted, at best!

  2. The World According to Whoopi Goldberg.

OT, but important. HillBuzz is reporting a story of possible fraud in Chicago involving using Palin's name to collect funds:

Today we’d like to pursue the questions raised by The Chicago Diner’s use of jars labeled “Sarah Palin Retirement Fund” to collect thousands of dollars over Market Days weekend here in Chicago — with no intention to give that money to Sarah Palin, and a refusal to print a disclaimer on the jars (when specifically asked to) letting people know they were in fact not raising money for Palin but for themselves.

Here are some of the questions we’d like answered today if you can help with the research:

  4. Interesting how the verbage spilling from folks mouths has changed.

Some months ago, Ms. Whoopie was almost apoplectic when the topic of then Governor Palin was brought up. Now, she is assigning 'pretending to be stupid' as a characteristic of what the nation saw during the run for the WH.

All of a sudden, Alaska is much loved by Ms. Goldberg? Really? Since when?

Maybe, because the Palins are in NY, the hope is to get them on The View to continue the old ugly women bashing?

  5. Clifton B,

You're welcome, sir. I propose we exchange blogroll links. I think would be to the mutual benefit of both blogs.

  6. I know Whoopi was trying to make some point, but I'm not sure that it was made. The small shift in media perception of Sarah Palin is interesting though.

  7. Whoopi is back tracking because she is one of the clowns who put that left wing liberal in the WH. They all are waking up to what Obama really is and the part they played.

They know everything is about to come crashing down. They all knew this woman made her own path and made it on her own terms with the help of the people and not the good old network. There job was to made her look stupid and not worthy and they know everything that has happpen to her is part of their fautlt.

But don't worry Whoopi, Gov. Palin has a kind heart and probably would come to your defense.

The people are waking up and all these people will have to answer for their action and they see the writing on the wall.

  9. Make no mistake, this is Whoopi trying to lure Sarah into The View with "compliment light". Don't do it Sarah. Don't do it. Once in they'll close the ambush. Darvin Dowdy
