In search of the elusive Nancy Pelosi tribute videos

Vicki McClure Davidson has a must-read posted at Frugal Café Blog Zone. Even though she's a Palin supporter, Davidson was surprised at the number of tribute videos which have been created for the former governor:
It’s a passionate, time-intensive task to undertake the creation of a homemade music video, not an easy feat for older, conservative folks who tend to be pretty limited in their electronic media-creation skills.

So, my money is betting that many of these new music vid montages are being created in Sarah’s honor by *gasp* young conservatives. Her “friends” on her Facebook page are increasing, and as of this week, are at about 900,000… and still growing.
While some have criticized the making of such videos as attempts to diefy political figures and place them on a pedestal, we disagree. We believe that the practice provides a creative outlet for supporters of such political rock stars as Sarah Palin who have been such an inspiration to their followers. And frankly, some of the best poltical ads we have seen were done at the grassroots level for love, not money.

Davidson's post has several Sarah Palin tribute videos embedded. For a more compreshensive collection of Palin tributes, visit Sarah Palin reference website The Book of Sarah and scroll down, watching the sidebar column on the right. There you'll find a growing linked list of over 100 tribute videos to the former governor and 2008 GOP vice presidential candidate.
