Sarahcuda gets a key rebound

*
In the game of basketball, dishing out assists, not not clearing the boards, are the point guard's specialty. But Sarah Palin, the former point guard of the Wasilla Warriors, is rebounding in a major way in her home state of Alaska.

According to the latest poll by Anchorage-based Hays Research, her favorable rating has bounced back in an eight-point turnaround.

At the end of July, just after her resignation as Alaska governor became official, the 2008 vice presidential candidate's approval had fallen to 46.8 percent. But as of late November, 2009, that percentage had risen to 55 percent.

Because of its rather smallish sample size of just 400 adults, the Hays Poll has a margin of error of nearly 5 points.
