Today's book signings at two Air Force bases in Alaska were to be the last on her Going Rogue tour, but Sarah Palin promised Friday on Eddie Burke's radio program that she would hold another event so the general public would be able to attend.
The former governor Tweeted today:
"Heading 2 Eielson Air Force base, Anchorage, 4 book event; military's call 2 keep this military personnel only, so we'll do public event later."An Air Force spokesperson said that today's events at the two military bases were scheduled on such short notice that the military decided to close them to the public for security reasons.
