"Once again, I made the long pilgrimage to a far away land to obtain the autograph of my mentor, Governor Sarah Palin. Since I missed getting her autograph last time by about 30 people, I was determined to arrive early." 

"The night before, I went to bed at 7:30 PM (and, for the record, I am not 4 OR 84) and set my alarm for 2:00 AM. Coeur d’Alene, Idaho is where the signing was, and that is about 2.5 hours from home. Knowing it was in the single digits, I bundled up with several layers, hat, gloves, and coats."
