Sarah Palin answers questions from People mag readers

For their interview with Sarah Palin, People Magazine's editors asked the former governor questions which were submitted by their readers. Here are a couple, with Mrs. Palin's responses:
As a military wife, and mother of two special-needs children, I wonder what you can recommend to keep my sanity during the long deployments with two children who are very trying at times. – Erin Pruneda, Ft Campbell, Ky.  
Oh, man. That just gives me goosebumps. See, these gals have it so much tougher than I did... The sanity is sweat – going out for a walk or a run and taking the kids with you so that they realize that these fun physical activities are good for them, too.

If you could have one job in the White House tomorrow, what would it be? – Alisha Cordoncillo, Copperas Cove, Tex.
It would be chief of staff, so I could start appointing people who would recognize those things that America needs to get our economy back on the right track and to secure our nation.
