Former Gov. Palin to spend Thanksgiving in Washington State

Sarah Palin will spend Thanksgiving in the Tri-Cities (Richland, Pasco, and Kennewick) area of Washington State. It's not a stop on her Going Rogue book tour, but rather a respite from the rigors of the road.

According to television station KEPR, former Governor Palin's parents, Chuck and Sally Heath, are originally from the Tri-Cities, and Sarah's Aunt Katie lives there. The Thanksgiving gathering will also be a family reunion of sorts, with about 50 relatives expected at Aunt Katie's house.
