In one clip, former Governor Palin held out an olive branch to Levi Johnson, saying that the Palins would like to bring him back "in the fold and kind of under your wing. And he needs that, too":
"I think he needs to know that he is loved and he has the most beautiful child, and this can all work out for good," Palin said. "It really can. We don't have to keep going down this road of controversy and drama all the time. We're not really into the drama. We don't really like that. We're more productive."The 2008 GOP vice presidential candidate also said in another clip that she was amazed when the McCain campaign staff told her that her appearance with Katie Couric was "a good interview" and encouraged her to continue to continue to talk to the CBS news anchor after that:
"The campaign said, 'Right on. Good. You're showing your independence. This is what America needs to see and it was a good interview,'" Palin said. "And of course I'm thinking, if you thought that was a good interview, I don't know what a bad interview is because I knew it was a bad interview."- JP
I don't agree with the term "olive branch" in te title. She has been holding the "branch" ever since this fool decided to make a living selling lies and trashing his almost-in-laws. The only time she has ever addressed this punk is when he went on TV saying that she hates Trig and calls him a "retard."

This should also score Sarah some mega-big sympathy points with the white moderate hosewife demo. Nobody likes to see a honest woman and her daughter attacked by sleazy scumbags.
ReplyDeleteI've never seen a anybody, let alone a politician, adhere to the Christian belief of forgiveness and compassion like Sarah and the Palins. As silly as it sounds, I can't help but be envious of their kindness. I wish I had someone with hearts as big as theirs in my life.
