So is Conservatives for Palin. I don't speak in any official capacity for either one. But believe me when I tell you that you really don't want either or both to mobilize against you.

OK, it doesn't do well to club them all together. I think Randy Scheunnmann proved himself well. He was very loyal to the governor on the campaign trail, so much so that Steve Schmidt found it necessary to lay false charges on him and get him fired. He also went out on a limb by outing Schmidt. He's good. Focus on the rest.
ReplyDeleteI was so infuriated last night watching some "GOP strategist" on O'Reilly reciting the nonsense that Palin "shouldn't let herself get drawn into" defending herself and her kids and should speak about important issues that I had to blog about it on both my sites! She is capable of doing both and since those in her own party seem to condone the attacks by telling her to shut up, she doesn't really have anyone to do it for her!
ReplyDeleteThe GOP needs to shake off the Stockholm Syndrome and start encouraging Palin and other true conservatives to defend themselves more vigorously or conservatism will die.
Every time I saw someone from the McCain's camp go on TV during the campaign. They "failed" I saw them go up against Gibbs and then they would just let him spew his talking points and never counter. They and McCain lost the election, they showed no real contrast. It looked like they didn't even want to win.
