From TMZ.com:
"Bristol Palin is telling friends she may enroll at an Arizona college once she moves in to the home she just bought in the Grand Canyon state..."Obligatory disclaimer: Internet gossip sites are notoriously poor sources of information on all matters Palin. Fact-checking apparently isn't part of their standard reporting process, and they are far more often wrong than right. Sometimes, they just make things up out of thin air.
On the other hand, ASU has an outstanding program in Broadcast Journalism and Mass Communications, plus several well-regarded Business programs, including one with a concentration in Communications, if Bristol is interested in pursuing either path toward a degree. The university has facilities in downtown Phoenix in addition to the main campus in the suburb of Tempe. She was taking business courses when she lived in Anchorage and was working in a dermatologist's office.
Ron Devito reminds us that clan Palin has family connections in Arizona. Also, Thomas Van Flein, formerly a Palin attorney, will be going to work for Congressman-elect Paul Gosar, who will be representing the 1st Congressional District. CD-1 is adjacent to -- but doesn't include -- the Phoenix metro area. Gov. Palin endorsed Dr. Gosar in his GOP primary race and continued to support him through the general election contest, in which he defeated incumbent Democrat Ann Kirkpatrick.
