Quote of the Day (April 25, 2010)

*
Peter Worthington:
"I do think Palin’s credentials were more persuasive than Barack Obama’s when he was campaigning to be president. As a governor, and a two-time mayor, she seemed far more qualified than a former Chicago community organizer. When you think about it, it’s harder to be elected mayor of a small town than a big city. In a small town, if you’re a phony, there’s no disguising it. Anyway, I kind of like Sarah. Hostility directed at her is often unfair and unwarranted. A lot of animosity seems to be because she says 'you betcha,' or 'gosh,'or 'yep.' At least Palin knows Canada has a prime minister and not a president, as Obama thought when he was campaigning."
