Leftist lie after leftist lie after leftist lie...

*
Let's set the wayback machine for August 01, 2009 and visit an Alaska hate blog (don't worry, we'll go through decontamination upon our return to wash all of the nasty off):
"Do you remember all of that talk about her missing wedding ring during the three part going away picnics? Well it turns out that ring now sleeps with the fishes. Apparently in a fit of anger Sarah stripped the ring from her finger and tossed it into a lake."
That would be the ring in this photo taken this weekend:

How can you tell when a leftist blogger is lying? That's easy -- when it posts anything on its blog.

  1. Am I missing something, or have people in this country truly lost their last marbles? Obama parades about with Twin-Fairy Teleprompters from Techno Dreamland, his head swiveling like some robotic, non-offensive 'We Are The World'-colored neo-mannequin in a Macy's men's suits department, and Sarah scribbles some quick talking points on her hand because she's so excited about her message she doesn't want to leave anything out, if necessary?

I'm sorry, but any one of us who has ever given a true speech of length, in front of people with whom you MUST MAKE ACTUAL, ENGAGING EYE-CONTACT, has (at the very least) brought three or four topical notes to the podium, or chair, or whatever. Whether on index-cards, or sheets of paper, or the inside of one's palm, you use them. That's what true speech-makers do. I've had some last minute ideas for impromptu Q & A sessions and have written things on my hand, or the nearest post-it.

I even explained to my audience: "By the way, we've covered so much ground, here, that I wrote a couple of things on my hand because I don't even want to take the ~chance~ that we miss discussing these things, too."

This was in front of a group of seasoned speakers at a symposium. They laughed; they'd all done it.

The ongoing mania to dicredit Palin is really the sign of a sick, sick world among our so-called "elites".
