Media critic and host of CNN's "Reliable Sources" program, Howard Kurtz, on Vanity Fair's latest Palin smear job, using Levi Johnston as its stooge:

"This is a quality magazine paying a high school dropout, whose only conceivable credential is that he knocked up a governor's daughter, who has been called a liar by Sarah Palin, engaging in payback by trashing the family. This is supposed to be what? Journalism. I felt like taking a shower afterwards."
