If Sarah Palin had said that (First in a series)

Quoting a Politico article, Glenn Reynolds notes:
"ABC 'World News' anchor Charles Gibson seemed caught off guard by the ACORN tapes on Tuesday when he told Chicago radio hosts Don Wade and Roma that he hadn’t heard of them."
Now if Sarah Palin had said something similarly ignorant...
More:

Flopping Aces:
"Shouldn’t the man who played “gotcha” with Sarah Palin be up to speed on this big news story? After all, that’s his job!"
Theodore's World:
"I remember a time when reporters weren't so lazy and they would go out and dig up information and investigate things. I guess they are only motivated to dig up stuff about Sarah Palin and other conservatives."
DBKP:
"Here’s the extraordinary example of the anchor of a news organization’s flagship product basically saying, 'My business is news but I didn’t know the news. I guess I was uninformed.' One is almost tempted to exclaim, 'Poor Charlie!' – until it's remembered that about a year ago, Gibson morphed into a bit of a school master when he felt Sarah Palin was uninformed about her 'Bush Doctrine' lessons."
NewsBusters:
"Gibson, as NB's John Stephenson and P.J. Gladnick noted in September of last year, as a result of his interview with GOP vice-presidential candidate Sarah Palin, twisted her words, with the help of selective editing, to portray her as some kind of out of touch, excessively religious, militaristic rube."

"With the above interview, no editing is required. Who's out of touch now, Charlie?"

  1. ABC, NBC, CNN, MSNBC, AND CBS all work for the Obama Administration and Dem's. Until we figure out a way to counteract it nothing will change.
