With three days and nine hours remaining, the ebay bid on dinner for five with Sarah and Todd Palin is at $39,700 as of this posting. The former Alaska governor and 2008 Republican vice presidential candidate and some other notables have volunteered their names and time to the charity auction, with all proceeds to benefit Ride 2 Recovery. R2R supports cycling programs for injured veterans. Bidding, as we reported Tuesday, opened at $25,000.
