Romney warns Letterman: 'She has a rifle, you know'

Don Bartletti reports that Mitt Romney, guesting on Letterman's show, answered the creepy  host's question to him about Sarah Palin with the quintessential quip:

She’s terrific. She’s got energy, passion – by the way, you know, be careful what you say about her.”

Letterman says he knows.

Romney adds with a smile, “She has a rifle, you know.”
