Jim Geraghty, for one. The NRO Campaign Spot blogger says with the latest dismissal of a trumped-up "ethics" complaint:

Palin’s office notes that out of 14 ethics complaints filed against the governor or her staff, nine have now been resolved without any finding that the law was broken. Another five complaints are still pending.

Are the Palin haters falling behind on their dark side deeds? They must be too busy trying to destroy Miss California and fighting the shameless capitalism of Miss Piper's Lemonade Stand. No doubt they will get back on schedule. If not, Lord Vader will find "new ways to motivate them."
