*
Another candidate who has Sarah Palin's endorsement has jumped into the lead in a new public opinion poll. The latest SurveyUSA poll conducted in California shows that Carly Fiorina has replaced Tom Campbell as the leader in the GOP primary for the U.S. Senate:
In the Republican primary for US Senator, support for former Hewlett Packard CEO Carly Fiorina is up sharply in the past 2 weeks, from 24% on 05/10/10 to 46% today, 05/24/10. Fiorina's support has more than doubled among women, seniors, Hispanics, the less educated, and in the Inland Empire. During these 2 weeks, Former Congressman Tom Campbell's support dropped 12 points, from 35% on 05/10/10 to 23% today, 05/24/10.
Chuck DeVore, despite claims by his supporters that he would moving up in the polls, remains static in third place. In fact, DeVore is down one point from two weeks ago, from 15 percent to 14 percent.

Another candidate Gov. Palin endorsed, Nikki Haley, shot into a double digit lead over her nearest GOP rival in the primary race for governor of South Carolina immediately after getting the nod from the 2008 Republican vice presidential candidate, while prior polls had shown Haley fourth in the field.

  1. Palin appears to have much longer coattails than 0bama, everyone he has endorsed has lost. It's no wonder that the media have targeted some of those who Palin has endorsed, Haley, Paul especially, pershaps they will now go have Fiorina as well. They see these races as proxies in their ongoing campaign to take Palin down, which they have been spectacularly unsuccessful after 20 months of trying.

I found this on the Daily Beast yesterday:

The results from Colorado’s primaries are in: Andrew Romanoff beat out Obama-backed Sen. Michael Bennet for the Democratic Senate nomination with 60 percent of the vote
