AK legislature a 'a sniveling bunch of brats'

"Sarah Palin's Romper Room" is the title of a post by K. Carpenter up at Stepping Right Up! In the view of TX4P, the metaphor of a romper room for the Alaska Legislature is an appropriate one:

I have never seen such a sniveling bunch of brats that need someone to hold their hands so they can get their jobs done.
