Laura Ingraham: Meghan McCain ‘a poor man’s Ron Reagan’

“Is there any indication that she is a Republican?”
*
Wednesday, Meghan McCain managed to grab some headlines with her appearance on leftist MSNBC, by calling Rep. Michele Bachmann a “poor man’s Sarah Palin.” Tonight on “The O’Reilly Factor” on Fox News, conservative talk show host Laura Ingraham fired back:

Jeff Poor: Time’s Joe Klein Cheap Shots Sarah Palin...again

*
Jeff Poor is a NewsBuster, which means he watches the drooling leftists on MSNBC so we don"t have to. Whenever clueless Joe Klein appears on rabidly pro-Obama Chris Matthews' "Hairball" program, it's a given that the two snarky liberals will try to tag-kneecap Sarah Palin:
On the July 11 broadcast of his weekend show, Matthews and his panel analyzed Palin's "Mama Grizzlies" ad spot and attempted to determine what Palin's end goal was with the ad. And Time magazine's Joe Klein attributed credit to Palin's charismatic ability.

"The most important thing about Sarah Palin is that she's a great stand-up politician," Klein said. "I mean, when you hear her talk - this is not a woman who has sat in a room with a political consultant telling her how to pronounce words. It's just her voice."

"There's something in the inflection which is provocative," Matthews replied.

But then came the eventual expected cheap shot from Klein. Klein had once said Sarah Palin and Fox News host Glenn Beck should be tried for sedition on that same program and he didn't disguise his disdain for Palin on this episode either.

"But I think that's balanced against the fact that she doesn't know anything," Klein said. "And that's a big problem."
Klein is notorius for his comment that criticism of Obama by Sarah Palin and Rush Limbaugh was "close to being seditious."

Quote of the Day (November 14, 2009)

*
Jeff Poor:
Left-of-center sensationalism isn't unprecedented for Newsweek magazine covers. Earlier this year, the brain trust at Newsweek declared us all socialists on their Feb. 16 magazine cover. And as Tim Graham, the director of media analysis at the Media Research Center, said then, "the only Newsweek cover that would be more obviously untrue would be ‘We Are All Objective Journalists Now.'"

The uncleanliness of Keith Olbermann

*
Yes, unclean:
un·clean (adj)
Pronunciation: \ˌən-ˈklēn\

1 : morally or spiritually impure
2 : infected with a harmful supernatural contagion
3 : dirty, filthy
4 : lacking in clarity and precision of conception or execution

— un·clean·ness \-ˈklēn-nəs\ noun
In what way?

NewsBusters' Jeff Poor:
The repugnant MSNBC host devoted some three-quarters of his Sept. 16 show to claim criticism of President Barack Obama had to have elements of racism, no matter how you sliced it. And therefore, those critics were all despicable human beings, end of story.

However, he did manage to find time to revert to old tried and true method of appeasing his angry left-wing desires - a little bashing of former Republican vice-presidential nominee and Gov. Sarah Palin, with an assist from Michael Musto, columnist for The Village Voice.
The anti-Palin hatefest Herr Olbermann and his guest staged would be just more of misogynist channel MSNBC's standard fare and otherwise unremarkable to us except for this Olby slime:
"With Sarah Palin lately, you rattle the cash, she's there. She need that money to pay extra day care for her out-of-wedlock grandchild, and to help special-needs adults [sic] - special-needs children."
Beyond the sick reference to Trig Palin, there is something equally troubling in what the talk host with the laughable ratings said. This is Keith Olbermann, who has been the head cheerleader for those who drove Sarah Palin's legal bills over the $600,000 mark due to the filing of frivolous "ethics" complaints. Yet he slams her for trying to earn some money to pay her attorneys. "Hypocritical" is too good a word, so we will just use an adjective which, in some parts of the world, is the worst that can be said of anyone -- unclean.

No matter how much soap and water bathtub boy uses and no matter how hard he scrubs, he will be unclean. It is a condition of the mind and the spirit, not the body.
