Quote of the Day (May 1, 2008)
Comment to a post on Wizbang yesterday about Michelle Obama wearing $540 sneakers to volunteer at a food bank:
"She gets praise for being a fashion icon, where as someone like Sarah Palin got critized because money was spent on her clothing to look good during the elections."Honorable Mention: McClatchy Watch, commenting on how Steven Thomma, McClatchy's DC political reporter, has suddenly noticed Joe Biden is a gaffe machine:
"Just imagine the reaction from McClatchy and the Anchorage Daily News and Tina Fey if Sarah Palin had told somebody in a wheelchair to stand up."- JP
