AK Muckmaker fails to intimidate Bob Parks

If you've been following the saga of the Ethicsgate video (see here), you know that the Democrats don't want anyone to see that video because it exposes the connections between the Obama Administration and the Alaska anti-Palin bloggers and bogus ethics complaint filers.

One Democrat operative in particular, Mudflatulence blogger Jeanne Devon (AK Muckraker) has scared various sites which at one time or another were hosting the video into taking it down by claiming that she owns several of the images used in the video and implying that refusal to remove it constituted copyright infringement.

But though Devon's veiled threats worked for a while, more and more webmasters are being made aware that they can legally host the video, according to the Fair Use clause of the Copyright Law of 1976, which allows for the rebroadcast of copyrighted works for the purpose of education, commentary, and criticism.

Bob Parks, who blogs at Black & Right, is one of those who refuses to let The Muckmaker push him around:
"Sarah Palin has been the target of the left from the very day she walked onto the public stage, and their venom continues on. The problem is, they don’t like being exposed, and now that they’ve been, they’re crying foul and one of the whiners has brought her issues to my door (via email)..."
Of Devon's e-mail, Parks says, "I guess that’s supposed to impress me":
"While Ms. Devon feels she may have been violated, I think the only violation is that these malicious liberal thugs got caught, have been publicly outed, and are justifiably paranoid of potential legal trouble from Mrs. Palin."
And for punctuation, Parks put the video up on his blog. A tip of the Texas for Sarah Palin Stetson to Bob Parks. You, sir, are a steely-eyed missile man.

Speaking of the video...

In our opinion, every right of center blogger should embed this video and keep bumping it to the top until the state-controlled media are forced to report this story.

Ethicsgate: The video Dems don't want you to see (Updated)

"Ethicsgate" is a video which connects the dots between the people who filed ethics complaints against Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin, a circle of Palin-hating bloggers (including those who filed ethics complaints themselves), the Democrat Party (Alaska and national) and the Obama administration.

How desperate are these "usual suspects" to keep the video from being seen?

Thanks to the filing of phony copyright claims, the anti-Palin bloggers have managed to get it removed, first from YouTube, then from Sevenload and finally from Twitvid. We posted about this Monday, but the coordinated Democrat Party operatives got the video taken down from Sevenload. We published this post you are reading Thursday night with a link to Twitvid, and now they have gotten it scrubbed from there, too. So we have updated the post and published it again, with the new link included. The whole thing is like an Orwellian nightmare!

As of this update, "Ethicsgate" can now be viewed here, but for how long we can't say. If you want to learn how the Democrats coordinated the bogus "ethics " attacks on Sarah Palin from the very top of their chain of command, you should view the video before the Alasaka Stalinists get it scrubbed yet a fourth time.

Update: The video is back on YouTube again (at least for now) here, and still here at VWRC. The video is also embedded at Jawa Report in a post titled "Astroturfing Sarah Palin" here and at The ConservativeXpress here.
