"Look, Shannyn! She rolled her eyes. Crucify her!" Edition...
Curt at Flopping Aces:
"The protester has a sign in which is written 'worst governor ever' and when asked why, she says because Palin quit... Huh? How friggin insane are these people? If you hate your governor and thought this person was terrible wouldn’t you be cheering if they left office early? ... Sarah did great here. The protester was hostile and within a minute Sarah had that hostility gone. That is how a leader is supposed to act..."Mel Bryant at Conservatives 4 Palin:
"This may come as a shock to Shannyn because no other politician – Democrat or Republican – seems to have the courage to do what Governor Palin did, namely to reach out to their detractors."Allahpundit at Hot Air:
"She acquits herself well, as even certain lefties are fair enough to admit... Even Bristol, newly liberated from 165 lbs. or so of fame-whore dead weight, gets in a shot. Faced with the fact that there’s nothing here that’s actually damning, the lefty spin du jour is that Palin seems to rolls her eyes when the woman tells her she’s a teacher. Which, I guess, is smoking-gun proof that Sarahcuda, the daughter of a science teacher … hates teachers? Or books, or something? Whatever."Chuck Norris at Townhall.com:
"Sarah Palin said this past week that unlike Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer, President Barack Obama lacks 'the cojones' to deal with illegal immigration and America's border problems. I agree. In fact, hers was an understatement."Jim Meyers at Newsmax:
"State Sen. Russell Pearce, the chief architect of Arizona’s tough immigration law, tells Newsmax that the recent court ruling on the law was a 'huge win' for Americans fighting to stem the flow of illegal aliens in this country. Pearce was asked how he reacted to Sarah Palin’s comment that Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer 'has the cojones that our president doesn’t have.' 'I reacted very well to that comment,' he tells Newsmax. 'I appreciate the governor’s vigilance in defense of the bill.'"Patriot:
"So the left had her cornered and pinned down, their intention was to take her out so she would never be heard of again but she out smarted them by resigning and as a result in no time she has become a major figure in the Tea Party movement and she is gaining momentum by the week it seems."Mike Hellgren at WJZ-TV:
"An endorsement from Sarah Palin is sparking some buzz about one of the candidates for governor here in Maryland... Bob Ehrlich has the name recognition, but Republican challenger Brian Murphy says he's got the passion, and Sarah Palin's giving him a lot of attention... The little-known 33-year-old Republican businessman's run for governor got a big boost when Sarah Palin endorsed him on Facebook."Lori Ziganto at RedState.com:
"The sexism from the Left that was, and still is, in place against Sarah Palin is obvious to anyone who is not willfully ignorant nor a tunnel-visioned ideologue. Or, you know, someone like Katie Couric who appears to have been taping her very own video slam book."Caleb at Western Journalism:
"Admiring Sarah Palin is easy. She has such a wonderful ability to drill down to the essential truth of current policy debates. She also has more courage to call it as she sees it than any other political leader with a large microphone... Meanwhile back in Washington the elites that run the Republican party are doing everything they can think of to discredit Governor Palin. I say we are known by our enemies, and her enemies inside the Republican party are the same 'intellectual giants' that gave us 'Big Government Conservatism.'"Apuleius Platonicus at Egregores:
"First we were told that only far-right extremist Sarah Palin loving wingnut neanderthals oppose the Ground Zero Mosque. Then we learned that the majority of New York City residents, the majority of New York State residents, and the majority of Americans oppose the Ground Zero Mosque."Ellin Bessner:
"There's an election underway in the U.S. now for Senate seats, and although Palin herself isn't running, just having her husband sit in the audience at candidate Joe Miller's campaign event, was enough to merit above the fold coverage, and, according to the Anchorage Daily News, an endorsement. Many people may ridicule Sarah Palin, and comedians may joke about her lack of foreign policy experience, or her unorthodox way with words, or her non-traditional family despite her espoused family values. But here in Alaska, Palin is bigger news then the Pope."Kathleen McKinley:
"A must see video that I missed while I was gone... is from Sarah Palin and it's called, 'Mama Grizzlies.' It's powerful, and [it] certainly relates to women like myself."Robin of Berkeley at American Thinker:
"Sometimes I feel really sorry for my mate, Jon... Take, for instance, the time Jon saw me reading Sarah Palin's autobiography, Going Rogue. After he gasped in genuine shock, he said, snidely, 'I'm surprised that she could write a book more than a few pages long.' To which I barked back, 'At least she didn't have a terrorist like Bill Ayers write her book for her.'"Curt at Flopping Aces:
"I will say it’s funny to watch as these lefties just can’t figure it all out. They observe millions flocking to the Tea Party and Sarah and just can’t get it. Being on the left, in their little bubble, they never will."Jim Galloway at The Atlanta Journal-Constitution:
"Day by day, the dynamics of [Georgia's] bitter Republican runoff for governor become ever more clear. Only on Tuesday’s ballot will the contest pit former Secretary of State Karen Handel against former Congressman Nathan Deal. Everywhere else, it will be Sarah Palin vs. the Georgia General Assembly. State lawmakers aren’t sure it’s a fair fight."- JP
The Twit from Homer showed a scary side of herself yesterday with an anger projected tweet where she told Sarah Palin "you'll be sorry. #NOTINMYHOMETOWN." This followed a tweet where she said Palin ""put the Ho in Homer."#gohome." After nearly two years of smearing and lying about Sarah Palin, the frustration in not being able to take her down is showing.
