McLeod, the world's most disgruntled non-hire, had contended that that Palin should not have been allowed to retain her office as governor and collect her salary during the three months she was campaigning for vice president in 2008.
The bogus complaint was dismissed as flawed and without of merit.
Gov. Palin responded to news of the dismissal by posting a message on her Twitter page:
"Another victory for my family/my admin/the people of AK; but the wins come @ great cost."Palin chief of staff Mike Nizich commented:
"Andree McLeod has failed to prevail on any of the ethics complaints she has filed against the governor. It appears her agenda is clear – she’s abusing the ethics laws to harass public officials."To date, five of the six ethics complaints filed against Gov. Palin or her staff by McLeod have been dismissed. One she filed against two of the governor's aides is still under investigation.
